I-485 RFE Cancelled !?
Friday 10/27/06 was 30 days past receiving an email that USCIS had issues an RFE for my I-484 my attorney had not received the notice.
He called and was told that the RFE had been cancelled (this happened prior to his call and the two events were not connected) and that they didn't need anyting additional from me at the moment. The officer did not volunteer any more inforamtion than that.
The online system still shows the last transaction, i.e., that the RFE was sent on 9/27 (nothing about the cancellation)
This is really unusual. Has anyone ever experience this or heard about such procedure?
