I would like to cancel my Canada PR application which is approved in Feb 2003 but I did not land in Canada.Meanwhile I reeceived my US Green card and I decided to stay back. What is the process of cancelling the Canada application and get refund of RPRF. Please advice.

Write to the office that issued the COPR requesting a refund and send your unused COPR with it. Takes about 3 months.
