Hi,
I am planning to go canada for visa stamping (3rd time h1b extension/transfer). my current visa valid until august 2005 and extension/trasfter i-94 upto august 2006. what if they reject and stamped saying "cancellation without prejudice", can i come back with valid visa with cancellation stamp?
My current visa is upto july 2005 with previous employer. my new employer h1 extenssion/transfer i-94 upto august 2006. can I come back from canada showing my previous employer visa (in case rejected), or am i going to questioned should i have to get valid visa showing my new employer visa?
thanks in advance
