Hello Everybody,

If the HR4437 bill is granted by the Senate and sighned by George W Bush , what will be happend for DV-2006 ? I saw that the effective date of the bill is 1st October,2006 . Is that mean that DV-2006 is safe or not ?

And when the bill will go to the Senate and Bush ?

Please reply with the reference (if u can) .
