Is the procedure of cancellation of an Indian passport required once it is expired in order to get a 6 month tourist visa to India, considering the individual has a valid western passport?
Also will it affect obtaining a visa to India if had travelled on the (now expired) Indian passport ignorantly at the same time had acquired a western passport?
