Hello! The court administrator just got back to me. You are not on the list for this year. So we need to file the EAD renewals. The good news is that:
1) the next government fiscal year begins October 1, and,
2) people who had their hearings in June 2019 are reporting that they are now approved.
So, I believe it is very likely that you and your husband will be approved by the summer of next year.
