My fathers' passport now has a 'line' diagonally across the US visa.
This visa is for a 10year multiple entry [with a few more years of validity]. Does this mean the visa is cancelled? [i.e the next time he needs to travel to US - he needs to reapply for visa?]
The immigration officer at the POE had issue with him returning back from the previous trip within 3/4 months - and marked that 'line' [ and later gave a I-94 for 6-months]
Any idea what the minimum stay should [in India] be before reentering the US leagally?
