Cancellation of I130

If i130 is cancelled how long does it take to get out of there computers or does it even reason is wanted to remarry someone else dont want it to show up if i apply for another fiance visa all replies are greatly appeciated...
 
They are able to see all petitions filed by a person by merely looking up a name or the A-number with a few clicks of the mouse, that information will stay in their database forever.
 
So if i applied for another petition the first one will always pop up or they whos have to go further than that to find the first one..
