Hi,
My parents have Green card for 9 years and every time they come to US and go back with in a month or 2 but will not stay in USA permanently as we have another brother who is still studying there. So every time my parents visiting USA the airport officer is warning them to stay back in USA other wise will lose the GC. And now they have visit USA this month to maintain the GC status. As the recession we are not sure, will the airport officer will allow them to enter in to USA or not.
Does any one faced the similar issue and how is your experience.
Also we are planning on canceling the GC and apply for Visiting visa. Do you think that will be possible.
Thanks in advance
