Cancel 485 Petition after CP (URGENT)

I had filled two seperate petitions for my Green Card, One from my current employer A (CP process) & the other one 485 process from B for future employment.

I did get my Green Card (Consular Processing) thru my current employerA & hence would like to draw/Cancel the 485 petition filled by B.

I did get an EAD card & AP from B I have not used it though.

Could some body explain the process to with draw the 485 petition.
Is there any problem doing the above?

u will need to talk to the Service Center ...

and explain ur situation ... they will ask u to send a written withdrawal request ... once they recevie it, they will send u a letter confirming the withdrawal ...

it would be good idea to ask the concerned rep. for their Id so u can send the letter Attn. that person (this shiuld speed up the process)....do not forget to write ur I-485 Receipt Number on that letter .........

it does sound simple but INS is really bad at keeping up with such letters etc. so u may have to follow up a couple of times ...
