Hi All,
I am planning on getting canadian visitors visa from US.
I was arrested (fingerprinted and photographed) for speeding and was charged with negligent operation about 4 months ago(I was driving at 102 in a 65 speed limit on a highway). I paid the fine for speeding and I got the negligent operation charge dismissed by pre trial diversion. by taking an evaluation class. never met the judge or the PP.
Here is my Question
1, If I mention it in the visa application, what are the chances of me getting my visitors visa. Is there a chance that my application will be denied due to criminal in addmisibility?
2, If I dont disclose it does the canadian Consulate or the immigration authorities will be able to find out about this arrest.
Any help regarding this matter is greatly appriciated.
Thanks in advance.
