Please advice if PCCs, RCMP checks, and medicals can be done during the peroid of AOR and IA?
If yes or no, your pros and cons.

Hi Manoo,

Yes it is possible to start gathering your PCC's (not sure about RCMP) before you get IA. But you will have to time it well. First you will have to guess when you expect to get IA (Suggest visiting www.yogi799.com). Generally a PCC is valid for 3-6 months so dont start too early.

Drawback is if you are called for an interview all your efforts will be in vain. Thats what happened to me

You cannot do medicals before the IA as they send you the medical forms.
