Canadian PR visiting US (Please help)

I am a canadian PR holder, currently visiting US. I am going to canada for applying my PR card. If i want to visit US before i get my PR card, do i need to have any kind of visa? I have no status in US. When i re-visit US do i get a stamp on my IMM paper (Landing document) as one time traveler? please post your border experience if any....

I am a canadian GC holder. My husband is US GC holder. Recently my husband applied I-130 for me. There is no visa required for canadian GC holders to visit US. Can i visit US after my husband applied I-130 for me in US. Please help...
