Canadian PR Documents doubts

Can anyone please tell me if i can send any alternative documents if i dont have the ones consulate is requesting?.

1. Birth certificate ( can i send my 10th class certificate?)
2.Transcripts/Degree (can i send photocopies of marksheets/degree)
3.Employment contracts/experience letters ( can i send photocopies if i have only one original?)
Is there any format for experience letters or can i simply send whatever my companies give me.?
4.Language proficiency(can i send the photocopy of my 4 year old TOEFL?)
5.Proof of Funds(Is my bank statement enough for this?)
6.Photographs (can i send passport size photos, Also my photo does not have a white background as required.Is it ok?)

I really would appreciate if anyone can clarify my doubts.thanks in advance.

YES, and explain to them why you do not have or can not get your Birth certificate.
2.Transcripts/Degree (can i send photocopies of marksheets/degree)
YES

YES if it from US Bank .They do not accept bank statements from out of North American banks if your file is in Canadian Cunsulate in US
6.Photographs (can i send passport size photos, Also my photo does not have a white background as required.Is it ok?)
Better send then 2-3 Passport size photographs with white background.

If you are called for Interview at that time they would like to see all the Papers ORIGNAL but I hope you are through, why take a chance send them all the documents Copies NOTRIZED ( it is not needed but it will help)
