Canadian PCC and wait time

Could some highlight the process of obtaining PCC from Canadian authorities and what is the wait time these days from Montreal? Also, do I need to provide the PCC with packet 3 or can I bring it to the interview with me.

(you would have to scroll down to the bottom of the webpage (this is where there are instructions on how to get pcc from canadian authorities). If your interview is one of the consulates in Canada - you would be required to provide the original pcc along with packet 3
