Canadian GC App Q

Hello:

I had initiated the paperwork for obtaining a Canadian PR in APR 2000. Since then I have
become eligible to apply for US PR and thus would like to gracefully exit the PR application
process. The Canadian Consulate in NY has sent me the paperwork for the medical and
are waiting for a 60 day response.

What is the best way to exit from the app process without hindering any future applications
to Canada? Any experiences?

hi,
i\'m new to this discussion thread. i want to know, when did you actually start PR
process for Canada and how long it took for you to actually get approved your case. futher
i believe going for medical test means your case is aporved..am i correct on this
understanding?. Can you pl. let me know, because i\'m in the process of fileing my
PR for canada. Pl. answer this, if you can.
