Can some one help me with this question?
I visited USCIS yesterday and they told me that I need to apply the advanced parole evening I am canadian with H1B while I485 pending, otherwise, my I485 may be denied if I travel outside US.
Then they told me that if I have a H1B visa on my passport, I do not have to apply for advanced parole. This is in contradiction, as a candadian citizen, I can never apply for a H1B visa since Canada is excempt from a visa.
I am not sure if there is risk to be denied with I485 if I travel outside US without advanced parole.
