Dear Folks,

I am a canadian citizen with H1B at USA and presently employed.

I have registered Inc at Michigan recently and want to transfer my H1B visa to my own company. Keeping the recent USCIS memo in mind, What are the chances of approval? Please share your thoughts.

Hi:
I am a Canadian citizen here on a TN and have applied for man H1B. It is currently under review as the US Customs feel the position does not require a bach. degree. Does anyone know if applying for the H1B invalidates the TN status?
