Canadian Citizen and US GC holder visiting Canada

My wife is a Canadian citizen who is also a US GC holder (approved 4 months ago). We visit Canada regularly and was wondering if there is any implication now that she has a US GC. Is it better for her to enter Canada as a Canadian Citizen or US GC holder, or does it not matter?

She is not planning to become a US Citizen, just maintain US GC.

Thanks

I don't think she has an option. As she only has a Canadian Passport (and Citizenship), she will be presenting herself as a Canadian Citizen to Canadian Immigration authorities. On the return, she will also be presenting herself to US Immigration Authorities as a Canadian Citizen with Legal Permanent Residence in the USA.

It's said that GC holders do not need to bring their passports when they enter Canada, so I was trying to think if there is any reason why she should enter Canada as a GC holder (without divulging she's a Canadian) vs. as a Canadian citizen.

Apparently, as wik and grunggy said, there's no harm nor benefit entering as a Canadian citizen.

Thank you for your replies.
