Canadian Born And I Married A Manhatten NY Chick

Hi, im Canadian born 23 yr old male. I was born in Newfoundland Northamericas oldest settlement...

I went to Manhatten Island, NY 3 months ago and met a chick we got married over the weekend sounds kinda dumb but we did it. I got into USA without any serious background check just where are you going whats your name etc.. Now that im back in Toronto (Canada) i want to go live in USA with my wife for good.

Question is:
-How long do i have to wait to get a USA green card?
-If i have a criminal record here in Canada for ausualt with a weapon will they ban me from seeing my wife and getting a Greencard?
-How do i go about this matter

Any info would be of great help thanks.

It appears as if your criminal past might hunt your GC application. It seems as if you were charged with this crime, which you will have to declare in your petition and violent criminals will have no place in the US society. :( It could have been a stupid youth mistake, but it will certainly count when USCIS sees it in your application. If you try to hide it, the FBI could certainly find it because of the closeness of US-CA when it comes to certain issues.However, you should retain counsel while working on your immigration applications.

However, I can see a high mountain to climb with regards to the approval of your petition... :rolleyes:

You wont enter illegally from canada because they dont ask much from canadians when we cross into the usa..But I will tell you this its not easy living like that..I would hire a attorney to help you with your case and see what he/she can do for you ...As for as working illeaglly if you get caught you will be deported and banned for 10 yrs not so good when you have a wife and if you want to start a family..JMHO Good luck

It seems as if you rather break the law, rather than seek counsel from a competent immigration lawyer to help you. Since you were charged with this heinous crime, then you might as well continue on your path to further break laws of the US too. :rolleyes:

It seems you rather have me waste my $$ on over rated people (Lawyers) so in the end they say no you cant come to USA and also take my money. Iv noticed that alot with every type of business in this country as well. If you go to Alberta to get into the big paying oil work first you have to pay up $$$$ for safety courses galore a good $600 then you have the bare minimum and in the end your stuck doing a job you didnt even go there for in the first place. The world is full of lies. I wont seek council im not that stupid ofcourse unless legal aid (Government) will pay.

And as for USA having no place for violent criminals in your last post, USA is corrupted big time with criminals another reason why people wouldnt help you if you were dieing on the steet in NYC, basically because noone cares.. Im not violent it wasnt a gun i used on anyone i used a frying pan! and they deserved it. Besides i wanted to go to USA to join the US army and kick some Middle Eastern ass. Theyv invaded Canada and turned it into a dump...

As I said, its your choice on what you do. :rolleyes: If you used a frying pan to assult someone, it is a deadly weapon and the law is clear: it is a violent and vicious crime. My wife is from NY, personally I don't like the place, because new yorkers have issues. However, it is their right to do what they deem to be appropriate under circumstances, but I do love shopping in NY, that's for sure. :rolleyes:

Unless you can prove that you have a hardship and can't afford an attorney, I am sorry to be the first to inform you, US govt isn't going to pay for your legal aid for immigration paperwork. You can bet your frying pan on that one..
You are right, the US has a lot of violent criminals and people, but they are born and bred here, so you are bred in Canada and want to come and add to this society, that the difference. Since the US has more than it share of hard-headed douchebags, they have to minimize this number by denying people like you the opportunity to inadvertently increase this number. :confused:

Your seems to harbor a ton of animosity towards people of Middle Eastern descent, which is foolish and childish. :( I wonder how they took over Canada? If you didn't spend time bludgeoning people with a frying pan, maybe you could have landed a great opportunity to use your talents, because most of my friends from the middle east are engineers, scientist (nuclear, aerospace, etc), MD, accountants and a host of other technical professions. So, I like when people use their talents to contribute to the human race...even if it means taking over professional posts in Canada.

Please note that, while the above is all very interesting, what you are proposing to do is illegal and foolish. You are clearly an impulsive person, who speaks and acts faster than he thinks.

If I were you, I would get some good solid legal advice from these "people" you claim to think are only interested in your money. It would be prudent because, based on your posts above, you are not as smart on your best day as the worst attorney is on his worst day.
 
phoned a lawyer they wanted $250 just to speak on the phone with me and thats just to talk nuthing done. Im sure i can do this all on my own.
 
Go to Ontario its another India white people are a growing minority here in Canada. Canada is what Britain gave up on by the looks of it. Canadian government will let anybody in this country including tyrants, your buddies posing as engineers. The pakis come to Canada pretending to be upbeat citizens then fvck the economy in any way possible for instance buying one house and having 40 people live in it so they can pay it off in 3 months using 40 incomes and buy another one. there sons will boycott every white business there is and only contribute to paki shyt. Some will sell drugs and sell fake money to fvck white mans land up secretly. I know from personal experiences.... There mainly used here for cheap labor on the west end of Toronto close to the detroit border where all USA warehouses are because the canadian dollar is still cheaper. If it comes here first it gets inspected here and could only blow up here also good for security hehe..

I have lots of friends from the middle east, because I am open-minded and I see all people to be the creation of G_D. So, I can't discriminate against them or harbor ill feelings towards them, they are humans too. I might disagree with them on some issues, but that's not to lead me to hate or seek to harm them as you seemed to imply in your previous post. I am glad that Canada isn't involved in this infantile operation in Iraq... Actually, you don't need to come to the US to be in the military, you can join overseas. Call the DOD and they will mail you the information, so that you can go and stop the civil war in Iraq.... :rolleyes:

Lastly, Indians and Pakistanis aren't middle eastern people, weren't you paying attention when they taught geography? Wikipedia the origin of these people and chase your ignorance out of your butt.... :mad:
 
anything brown that sounds dumb and isnt for knowing much and is from any middle easter nation is the same shyt different pile to me. Islamic have it in there religon to hate whites. It specificaly says in the Quaran "Take no Christian for a friend" i dont mind hindu i worked with one he hates muslims and islamic.
