I was wondering if anyone knows any information regarding full blooded Canadian status Aboriginal professionals ability to live and work in the US. I was told that all I needed was a long form birth certificate, status card, and a letter from my Band office (reservation), without requiring a working visa or green card!?!?!? Any information would be helpful, thanks. Is that just to good to be true? I am a Canadian RN, and have been going through all the Licensing regamorole and whatnot, but do I need to apply for a working visa or green card???
