If you are going to canada for H1 stamping:
1. Take an appointment at www.nvars.com
2. Documentation as mentioned in http://www.immihelp.com/visas/mexico.html
also, you need canada visitor visa if u r not canadian resident: Visit a nearest canadian consulate: http://www.dfait-maeci.gc.ca/world/embassies/

I dont see any probem since you already had stampings before. I dont want to scare you but who knows man. Just be ready, in case they ask for more documentaion or education evaluations etc. In that case, you can't return to US and have to get stamping from India. That will mess things up.
Once again, you may get the stamping without any problem at all. Depends upon the mood of consular officer.
