Hiiii Guys
MY Parents will be citizen of usa within 1 year me and my wife live in canada on P.R status
can u guide us abut which will be best way for us to move to usa and how much time will it take
information on visitor visas will be apprecited
 
a few solutions

If you have a close friend in Canada and he's willing to help, he can take care of all your mails, tax, bank accounts.

If not, you have to wait until you get your citizenship. Before that, you can probably come to US temporily on visitor's visa.

If you want to stay in US for long term before your FB-3 priority date, you should either stay in H-1 or F-1 status. However, you may lose your maple card if you don't stay in Canada for at least 183 days out of a year.

The current FB-3 category has a wait of 7 1/2 years and the wait is still growing.
