I'm going to canada for stamping next week. I got my appoval in march this year. The question is, i'm a canadian PR and i came here on B2 in oct03 but filed for H1 from within US in march. Can that be a problem during the interview?
I have a US degree and canadian work experience of 4 yrs but i'm worried, this change of status from within the US might cause trouble. What kind of questions regarding this should i be expecting and what kind of response is most suitable?
