Canada PR documents and procedures!!!!Urgent

Hello Gurus,

I was looking for the Canadian PR procedure in various sites and spoke to couple of attorney clerks.....different people are telling different procedures...

Can anyone give an overview of the procedure and required documents? I believe there are somany people who will be benefited by this thread.....

I am in US and I am going file it at Buffalo, NY. I pretty much figured out all my parts except the company letters requirements where I have the "past dated" original company letters but I no longer able to have my past employers to re-issue an "UP TO DATE" as an originals.

thoughts...?
