My receipt date for the application is Oct 2002 and thats when I got my file #. I have not heard from them since then. Its has been a year now and no response about initial assesment. Any Idea when I should expect this ?
Also when we download the buffalo office forms it says that u dont need to get the FBI clearance until asked by the office. I had not sent it and was waiting for the response from the office. Should I send it anyway OR should I wait for the response( initial assesment).
