I have a question to clarify. I am presently in US on AOS. I am under EB3 and don't know when I will get my GC Approval. So to be on the safer side I want to apply for canada immigration. If I want to apply for Canada Immigration I need to specify that I am presently on AOS. Does Applying for Canada Immigration create any problems for already processing US GC Process? Please advice.
