I am planning to apply for canada Immigration. as I am B.E Computer working H1b in USA.

Please Answer below questions
1> Now My point is around 71 to 73 ( NOT 75) can I apply ?
2> My Village Sister (NOT Blood Relation with Sister) , Can I mention in form this is my Relative in Canada
