My mother immigrated to Canada in 1990, she lived there for 3 years then left Canada to return to her home land. When she departed, she did not have to report to Canadian immigration.
Now, if she returned to Canada as visitor visa, can her old landed immigrant status still in effect or any thing we can do to reactivate this status? (She did not cash any goverment check after she left Canada)
