I am working in USA on H1B visa which is expiring after 2 months. I have landing papers for canada that are expiring in the same week as my H1B. My H1B extention is filed and I am leaving for India in the same week, both H1B and canada GC are expiring.

I was planning to get my canada GC stamped before India trip and come back to USA since I have stable job here. Obviously I will have to do H1B stamping in India.

I was afraid of the fact that if I get my Canada GC stamped, I will face problems while entering USA; from Canada & then from India. I also think there can be problems getting my H1B extention in India. I am planning to get married in India, and am wondering if she will have problems for H4 if they see Canada GC stamped in my records. What do you guys think?

I already have approved 140 and do not want to take un-necessary risk of getting Canada GC stamped if it is causing too much complication. After all, immigrating to Canada was my back-up plan a year ago.

What do you expect some one to reply for?

Canada Immigration Stamp have nothing to do with getting H1b stamp in India for you or your Spose H4.

If you wish you can land in Canada before your H1B expires that way you will be able to enter USA with Valid H1b visa and then go to India.
Landing does not going to cost you much you can drive to any Canada border or take the Flight to Canada compleate the landing come back to US then leave for India.
you are not going to loose anything by landing in Canada and you will still have option to go to Canada any time and you can stay out of Canada 3 years till that time your GC will be processed and then decide to abondon Canada PR.

I know your problem you have your I-140 cleared and if you file I-485 with out your spouse being in US you will not be able to file for her AOS that is the reason you are going to India first getting married then bring your spouse on H4 and then you are going to file AOS for self and spouse. Correct?
