Hello all, here is my situation ... I got my Canadian PR card last year Oct 2006... and came back to US on H1B visa within an hour. I got the PR card mailed to my friends place and he mailed it to me in US. I have not yet applied for GC but my wife has and at his point she doesn't have Canadian PR just Canadian Visa. We are thinking of traveling to Canada to meet some family do you think it would be a problem since I have not moved yet after landing 1 year ago and I am again going there to visit... is there some kind of requirement that I need to move within certain time after landing and with my wife just on Visitors visa
