Canada Appointment Question - pls Help

Hi,
I am planning to goto Canada for H1B visa.
I got my first H1B visa from Chennai, India consulate and after coming to USA I changed my employer. My current visa is expiring in this month and going to canada for the new visa stamp.

For taking appointment at canada, I need to choose Visa Application type as "New/Renewal"
The criteria for choosing one of them, as given by the nvars website is as following.

For employment related visas (“H”, “L”, “O”, “P”, “Q”, and “R”), you should choose “Renewal” only if you have already received a visa, and are continuing employment with the same employer. If you are applying for a visa for the first time, or are applying for a visa with a new employer, you must select “New”.

Now my question is, can I choose "renewal" as I already have one H1B stamp or shall I choose "new" because I changed my employer after getting first visa stamp. I am going to continue working with my current company with the new visa.
Also my wife is also applying for H4 visa and her current visa stamp has my current company name on it.

From your post it is apprent the it is not 'Renewal' - hence by elimination, the remaining choice is 'New'.

Can anybody who got stamped from Canada (for a H-1B transfer case) confirm this?
