can your wife get a dependent visa in india when you have filed the 3rd stage of GC ie 485?

I have filed the 485 and the processing is on ;i was wondering if my wife
can get a h4 visa from bombay when her F1 expires in the meantime.

As long as you have an H-2 she should be eligible for an H-4

Look out for the F-1 status though. The fact that you mentioned F-1 and AOS in the same sentence worries me a little bit. An F-1 is not a dual intent visa. If you do not have an H-1 she cannot enter on an H-4.
