Can you start a company and work for that before I485 is cleared

Dear All:
I wish to find out if you can come off your existing employer once I140 gets cleared and start your own corporation and keep working for the same even before the I485 comes through. What would be the leagal bindings or procedures you may have to undergo in order to do the same.

I would certainly appreciate if some one of you have gone through the same or currently intending to do the same.

you can start a company and work for that company using H1 from your own company or using existing EAD but your company cannot sponsor your greencard.
 
uscis may approve h1 but with strong case.

this is a complex approach.

most of the similar cases were rejected due to the ability to pay
