Its been 3days now that when I am checking my receipt number at national customer call center 1-800-325-5283 it says we are experiencing a problem with the sytem at this time.But rest of my family members are going thru and it is giving the details of the case.By the way I am the primary beneficiary.

Status Enquiry or Change of Address ?

USCIS has the worst 4th world ( yes, systems in the 3rd world are better )
system.

That's why if you initiate a Status Enquiry or let's say a Change of Address,
and if USCIS does indeed respond to that, the information in their system
about you goes for a toss.

However, that's not to say, it cannot happen for other things too.

In other words, it can happen for anything. And nobody knows exactly what
:)

Not even USCIS.
