And have your aids syphills and TB skin test done there and then take all that with you to your medical appt w/the immigration doc to save time and money? So all that is done and results in before you see the immigration doctor? or does that have to be done by him??

It usually takes two days for the tests to be done by an Immigration board certified doctor. If you have recent test results, you could take them with you, and I see no reason for them to deny using it.
The final results have to be signed & sealed by an immigration physician.
