i was wondering, can you get fired if your permanent resident card (green card) expires while your working? the card states you can live and work in the US permanently. Also, if ur card is expired, and you turn in a social security card and drivers license as evidence of your eligibility to work, isnt that enough to continue working or to get a job if thats what your trying to do?
