Can you do the FP at SJ after the scheduled date?

Well, it was not our fault. INS screwed it up and my lawyer tells me that she has received the FP notice recently for my wife which was scheduled for 06/11/2002 and I am yet to receive the FP notice.

Has anyone been in this situation? Can we still go to ASC and get the FP done with the old notice from lawyer?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
