Can wife use her EAD, if my I-140 is still pending ?

Guys,

I am one of those guys waiting for my I-140 approval. My case details are:

RIR,
NSC EB3 Concurrent
ND Sep 26, 2003
EAD, AP approved
FP completed on May 20, 2004, USCIS site updated
Applied for wife's I-485,EAD,AP 2 weeks ago

My wife is on H4 visa. Assuming my wife will get her EAD approved in another 2 months and my I-140 is still pending, can she start working ?

Appreciate your input guys. Thanks !
 
You mean U have another 2 months to deside. Things will change by that time. If you get 140 approval at least in future then No issue to work EAD other wise it's risk.
