can wife enter us before i do

hello,
myself and my wife came for consular processing of our gc and our interview went fine and we got the papers needed for getting the gc stamped on our passports at our port of entry in the us. My question is that can i come after my wife comes to the us? Her visa paper says that her visa is valid only if accompanying husband or if going to join husband? hence the question. please help.
