Can wife arrive later after CP.

After CP, once we have the green card ...is it mandatory for the wife to return with me ??? Or can she follow me at a later date ?

My friend said that since in DS-230 part 1 , point 20,21 i have mentioned that my wife will accompany me now , we must return together.

My interview date is April 12th. Is it possible to file an amendment so that she can return 3 - 4months later ?

She sure can return lateron

1.You can file amended DS230 at any time before or even during the interview

2.Your wife can enter after you but has to within the specified period ( i am not sure if it is six months or a year- check it out) .

Simply send a revised DS30 to the consulate with a covering letter mentioning this fact.Alternatively , you may also submit the revised DS 230 during interview.
