My wife's renewed AP was mailed on June 13 (as per USCIS website). However because of address change, it was mailed to our old address and must have been sent back. She needs to travel to India in 2nd half of July -- can we go to the regional office (ours would be in San Jose, California) and ask for the AP to be delivered in hand -- do they entertain that ?
