Can some one please shed some light on my following questions:
1. My 6 years period for the current H1B is expiring on March 2003. For extending it beyond the 6th year, basing the new law, can I use Expedite processing by paying $1000.
2. My current employer has started my GC in Oct'2001. Can I get another employer apply for the H1B for a one year period using the new law.
