Can we start our own business under AC21, after 6 months and I140 approval, and work for the same company in "Same or Similar occupation"?

You can start a own business even when you are on H1B, but even if you start a company on your own, you cannot run payroll for yourself under your own company..

If that be the case, there would be no employers and everyone would be independent of themselves...

EAD (pending I-485) - You can start business, run payroll but can't use your own company for AC-21

...how come no one has suggested two EAD holders starting their own companies and employing each other as yet?

In theory: Possible.
In Reality: Provided both got a lot of money to open and run the business. They really need to prove "ability to pay" in case RFE shows up.

Does Ablity to pay question arise in AC21 Case?.
I thought RFE questions are limited to proving current employment status.
