Can we start business on EAD

Hi,

We are planning to start consulting business.

Our status: I am on H1 and my wife is on H4 and both us also have EAD.

If I register company on wife name(with EAD) will this cause/have any problem for green card approval?

I will still continue on H1. I am the primary applicant for green card.

With EAD you are free to take up any job , including your own company's jobs. Good luck with your new business.
