Hi,
Quick question.....looking for folk's input.

If you have i140 approved and i485 pending for then 6 month, is it
possible to.

1. Continue working for same employer but shift on EAD.
2. Start a company using this ead but you still work for ur employer
so your company is not your sponsor.
3. Do business as a company?


plz express your agreement and disagreements.

That is right. But nothing stops you starting your own business. One gets into a problem only when his / her current employer sees this as "conflict of interest. Like your company is doing outsourcing and your current employer is also doing same business. But let’s say you want to operate a shop in big mall, no should have a problem as long you work for them for 40 hours and meet the job requirements.
