Can we stamp passport based on approval email?

Hi,

Our (mine and spouse) 485 was approved a week back. We received approval notice for my spouse 5 days ago. But we haven't received approval notice for me. Is it normal? Can I do my stamping based on approval email from USCIS at San Francisco office?

ND: 02/02/2002
FP1: Mar 21, 2002,
Fp1: Sep 13, 2004

Wait till you get actual approval notice. If 14 days passed you may enquire about your approval letter. It is good to go together for stamping. good luck!
 
You need either courtesy copy or the original copy. I got my courtesy copies 2 weeks after I got approval emails(might depend which state you reside in).

You have waited since Feb 2002, what is another week or so:)
