can we send 2 packet3 forms to consulate?

Hi,

I received my packet3 thro\' my lawyer, filled it and sent to the lawyer but now she is waiting for the payment from my company to send the packet3 to the consulate. Can I send the packet3 to Chennai Consulate myself before she sends so that I dont miss the Feb interview? will there be any problem if she also sends the packet3 again to Consulate?

your best deal would be to send it ASAP. When the lawyer gets her money she will send it again. By that time u would have alreadybeen in the system and having a possible Feb interview
