Can we renew ead without copy of I140 notice

I changed to a similar job as my I140 is approved and I485 is pending for more than 6 months. Now I have to renew my EAD and I saw the check list in the forum that application of ead should be mailed with copy of I140 notice, I dont have one as my previous employer refused to give me copy I140 notice as it is employers property

Can I apply EAD without I140 notice.

I did not inform USCIS about my job change.
