Can we make use of EB3 priority date while applying for NIW approved I140 for 485

I have my I485 pending at VSC (I am on EAD). I am planning to do a NIW petition (I140). My question is, Can I request for a consideration of EB3 priority date (Employer sponsored) when I apply for I485 based on NIW (assuming it gets approved). Thanks for the help.

You can use the PD of your EB3 application if your NIW case is approved.

japs, Thanks. I have all the material gathered for about an year now and again thought my case is not worth the NIW. I guess there is no harm in trying.
